Queer Family Tree: Molly

Queer Family Tree, Tay Barrett's 2018 mini documentary series, is built around personal stories: one member of the gay and lesbian community per episode, each describing a distinct path toward accepting and loving themselves. This chapter introduces Molly. Over roughly four minutes, Molly shares part of that journey, giving viewers a close, unhurried look at one person's experience. The series treats each of these short portraits as a branch in a growing family tree, connecting individual histories into a broader picture of the community. Brief, warm and personal, Molly's episode is an invitation to listen and, for some viewers, to recognize something of their own story along the way.
