Out Presents: Face to Face

Presented by Out magazine, Face to Face is an interview series built on relaxed, one-on-one conversations with musicians and pop-culture figures. Directed by Keren Aronoff, the series features an eclectic lineup of guests including Adam Levine, Tegan and Sara, Andrew W.K., Tori Amos and The Young Veins. Rather than rushing through talking points, each conversation gives its subject room to talk about their work, their influences and the things that matter to them, with an approach that feels personal rather than promotional. Drawing on Out's place at the meeting point of music, entertainment and gay and lesbian culture, Face to Face captures a moment in pop music around 2010 through the voices of the artists who shaped it, and shows how much can be revealed when someone is simply given space to speak.
