Not So Straight in Silver Lake

Four couples share a compound in Silver Lake, the creative, close-knit neighborhood on the east side of Los Angeles, and with it they share each other's lives — the romances, the rough patches and everything that can be overheard through a shared wall. Created, written and directed by Billy Clift, this Here TV original comedy follows the residents as they navigate love, careers, friendship and the ups and downs of living in each other's pockets. The ensemble includes Calpernia Addams, Daniel Franzese, Diego Escobar, Johnny Kostrey and Grant Mannschreck. The series ran for two seasons of four 25-minute episodes each. Warm and funny, with plenty of affection for its characters' flaws, it is a portrait of a chosen family in one corner of Los Angeles, where community is both a comfort and a constant complication.
