A Not So Straight Christmas

Karen has had enough of Christmas. Tired and disillusioned, she decides this is the year to step away from the chosen family who usually fill her holidays with noise, warmth and tradition. The peace and quiet she wanted turns out to be lonelier than she bargained for, and by Christmas Eve, realizing she has made a mistake, she is feeling exposed and alone. Looking for comfort, she calls an old flame, setting off an evening that tests what home really means to her. Director Billy Clift's holiday comedy-drama stars Calpernia Addams with Diego Escobar, Johnny Kostrey, Daniel Franzese and David Millbern. Mixing seasonal laughs with a tender look at loneliness and forgiveness, it is a story about the families we build for ourselves and what it takes to find our way back to them.
