The DL Chronicles

Aspiring journalist Chadwick Williams (Damian Toofeek Raven) is researching a book about men who live on the down low, and the stories he uncovers form the spine of this anthology drama. Each episode centers on a different Black man leading a secret double life: Wes, a real estate banker juggling marriage and career while tempted by his brother-in-law; Robert, a closeted talent agent whose feelings for a younger man bring a family confrontation; Boo, an ex-convict whose reckless ways are upended by shocking news; and Mark, who must pass off his partner as a roommate when a cousin comes to visit. Created by Quincy LeNear and Deondray Gossett, who also wrote and directed, The DL Chronicles aired on Here TV and explores secrecy, desire, family and the cost of hiding with honesty and compassion.
