Red Light
Two men wake up in a dark, locked room with no idea how they got there and no one answering their calls for help. Strangers to each other, they have only one another to rely on, and as time passes their fear gives way to dependence and then to a closeness that is hard to define. When a red light suddenly switches on, the reason for their captivity begins to emerge, and the fragile bond they have formed is put to the test. Directed by René Lavan from a script by Chris Anthony Ferrer and Jim Kierstead, this 75-minute horror-thriller stars Justin Powell and Jeffry Batista, with Ruben Rabasa. Built around a single room and two characters, Red Light is a tense, claustrophobic story about trust, desire and what people become when there seems to be no way out.
