No Goodbyes

In a concentration camp where every day is a fight to stay alive and to stay human, two prisoners find in each other something their captors cannot take away: love. Directed by Billy Clift, who wrote the script with Simon O'Corra, this 25-minute Here Media original drama stars Johan Gran, Mel England, Antoine Perry, Luc Clopton and David Lenga. The film imagines a tender bond formed under constant threat, where any day could bring a separation without warning and where simple affection becomes an act of quiet defiance. Treating its subject with restraint rather than spectacle, No Goodbyes keeps its focus on two people and what they mean to each other in one of history's darkest places. It was an official selection of Out on Film in Atlanta in 2021.
