Modd Couples

Modd Couples is a Here TV original game show with a simple premise: put a gay couple and a straight couple on a set styled like a 1970s game show and find out how well each pair really knows each other. Emmy nominee David Millbern hosts alongside comedian Olivia Harewood, steering contestants through three rounds. In Couples Speak, one partner feeds clues so the other can guess a word or phrase; in That's Super Awkward, partners answer intimate questions separately and then compare notes; and in the final Lightning List round, couples share a ten-second kiss before tackling a run of survey questions. Created by Paul Colichman, Millbern and Terry Ray and directed by Mike Scantlan, the six-episode series launched in 2016 and features guests including Frank DeCaro, Jim Colucci and Scott Turner Schofield. The running joke is that every couple, whatever its makeup, bickers and blushes in exactly the same way.
