Just Josh

Host Josh Rosenzweig takes viewers on a tour of New York City in this magazine-style Here TV series, mixing celebrity interviews with coverage of special events and visits to the city's restaurants, galleries and nightspots. Each episode offers a quick itinerary of gay New York life: an art opening one moment, a downtown restaurant the next, and then a conversation with a personality from the worlds of stage, screen or fashion. One episode, for example, visits photographer Johnny Rozsa's Untouched exhibit, stops at Alias Restaurant and sits down with playwright and performer Charles Busch. Directed by Keren Aronoff and running for two seasons, the series thrives on Josh's easygoing charm and curiosity, treating the city as a place where interesting people are always just around the corner. It is a lively snapshot of New York's gay cultural scene in the early 2010s.
