Guys Like You

Derek (Trystan Colburn) shows up at college still in the closet and unsure he deserves much from anyone. Over three formative years, three very different men come into his life, and each relationship teaches him something new, often the hard way, about what to expect from love and what he is worth. Written by and starring Trystan Colburn and directed by Kyle Coffman, this Here Media original coming-of-age series follows Derek through first times, painful lessons and the slow work of building self-respect. Markus Jorgensen and Connor McRaith co-star. The series premiered in 2021 and returned for a second season in 2024, with episodes running about 15 minutes, making it an easy series to watch in one sitting and a heartfelt look at growing up and learning to choose yourself.
