Gayliens

What happens when gay men cross paths with visitors from another world? Gayliens answers that question one standalone story at a time. Created, written and directed by Mark Bessenger, the filmmaker behind the horror feature Bite Marks, this Here TV anthology series mixes science fiction, comedy and horror-thriller suspense, with Bessenger describing his role in the spirit of Rod Serling. The opening episode, Love and the Mothman, follows two closeted high school boys whose moment of honesty at Lover's Lane is interrupted by the legendary Mothman, and later episodes bring new characters face to face with the unexplained. Daniel Moser, Tamario Fletcher, Hunter Evans and Kevin Roach lead the premiere episode's cast. The series premiered on Here TV in April 2022, with four episodes available, and embraces the playful spirit of classic B-movie science fiction.
