Jimmy Randall (Terry Ray) is an aging gay writer who has finally sold his spy comedy to a struggling cable network, but there is a catch: the network wants an openly gay leading man. Jimmy finds the right actor in Sam Decker (T.J. Hoban), who is perfect for the part except for one thing: he is straight. To keep the deal alive, the two men pretend to be a couple, keeping up the act in front of the network and everyone around them while trying to get their show made. Created and written by Terry Ray and directed by Sam Irvin, the six-episode comedy premiered in February 2014 as Here TV's first original sitcom. Suzanne Whang, Juliet Mills, Adrian Gonzalez, Austin Robert Miller and Michael Lanham round out the ensemble in a showbiz farce about a fake romance, a real friendship and the unlikely family that forms along the way.
