Burn Bridge

Harry and Jamie have always been inseparable, two friends who never need to explain themselves to each other. Then Lucy appears, and Harry suddenly finds himself competing for Jamie's attention. The jealousy that follows is confusing and hard to hide, and it slowly pushes Harry toward feelings for his best friend that he has never let himself name. Written and directed by Rhys Marc Jones, Burn Bridge is a sixteen-minute British coming-of-age drama starring Charlie Rice, Macaulay Cooper and Amy Cartledge, about the moment a close friendship becomes something more complicated. The film won the Student Film Award at the Hamptons International Film Festival in 2017, was longlisted for Best British Short at the British Independent Film Awards, and was an Official Selection at BFI Flare London, the LA Film Festival and Inside Out Toronto in 2018.
